About the role
Our team is looking for a Manager, Digital Product and Design.

As our Manager, Digital Product and Design, you will play a mission-critical role in defining and accomplishing our roadmap. Our digital marketing websites are the entry points to our customers and users, serving as the first touchpoint and the foundation of our digital presence. Your leadership will ensure that these platforms are not just functional, but also engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our business objectives. You will report to the Director, Martech and Digital Enablement, and together, we will shape the future of our digital experience.
What you’ll do here:
Hire, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning design and product roles.
Define the product plan to match the company’s objectives.
Build a network across the organization to facilitate the product roadmap, coordinate deliverables, and sequence dependencies.
Develop and maintain project plans, identify deadlines, estimate costs, and oversee the organization and optimal assignation of talent.
Lead recruitment, mentoring, 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual career and development planning.
Help define how to best reach the company’s objectives.
Anticipate and manage problems and take necessary actions to resolve them, proactively removing any roadblocks.
Ensure the Digital Product team has the right tools and independence to perform experiments and track its success.
Drive the design vision and strategy, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
Build and scale the UX/UI practice, ensuring best practices and design standards are adhered to.
Foster a collaborative environment between design, product, and development to create cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
Develop and implement a robust product management practice, including frameworks for prioritization, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies, to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
Facilitate the team’s digital transformation by advocating for innovation, adoption of new technologies, and continuous improvement.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
5+ years managing teams
10+ years relevant experience including in product/design management related marketing in digital
Experienced with agile Scrum development methodologies.
Strong knowledge of design principles (UI/UX).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, enjoy presenting to executives.
Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong customer service focus.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute, someone who can see the big picture but also understands the details and nuances of digital product and design.
