This pivotal role focuses on identifying and delivering projects that enrich residents' lives and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include working with field stakeholders to identify key problems within the organization, developing potential solutions, and planning project scope, plans, and resources. Also, this person will measure the project's impact and communicate progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, adept risk and change management skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also involves managing vendor and third-party activities, ensuring operational readiness, and guiding decision-making processes.
JOB DUTIES
Agile Project Management
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Effectively prioritize projects and track them within the project backlog.
Create and maintain project documentation from discovery into delivery.
Leads in defining and documenting project scope and any changes needed.
Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource management, and milestones.
Design, implement, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process challenges and propose solutions.
Ensure that all process changes and projects align with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of care.
Identify project KPIs and measure their impact post implementation.
Senior Living Expertise
Integrate best practices from the senior living industry into project plans.
Liaise with senior living professionals and residents to gather insights and feedback.
Ensure that all projects align with the unique needs and preferences of the senior community.
IT Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between technical teams, senior living experts, and other stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication across departments, prioritizing transparency and clarity to ensure all dependencies are understood and committed.
Manage expectations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the liaison between the PointClickCare, IT Infrastructure, and Data/Analytics teams when completing interdepartmental projects.
Drive communication and collaboration among these teams, ensuring project objectives are aligned and met.
Help the team advocate for resource allocation and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
