We are seeking an experienced IGA Delivery & Customer Excellence Lead to drive seamless execution of IAM solutions, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish best practices for delivery. This role combines strategic delivery oversight, customer engagement, and collaboration with vendors to create a frictionless model for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) sales execution and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead multiple IAM project workstreams, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with customer needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement mutual deployment plans with vendors and customers to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Establish measurable and repeatable IAM delivery processes, reducing escalations and improving response times.
  • Utilize OpenAir and other tracking systems to monitor project budgets, burn rates, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and track key IAM deployment risks, ensuring proactive resolution.
  • Ensure projects align with labor, quality, and compliance standards.

Customer Success & Engagement

  • White Glove Treatment: Identify key customers for premium delivery services, enhancing their IAM experience.
  • Meet with strategic customers before deal closure to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Develop an after-sale touchpoint model, ensuring continuous engagement and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-person visits to at least five customers per quarter to reinforce relationships and gather feedback.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Foster strong relationships with IAM technology vendors, sales teams, and solution engineers to streamline implementation.
  • Work with vendors to create technical escalation models and internal escalation tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify optimal delivery models across different regions.
  • Organize technical events with vendors to enhance expertise and alignment.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Establish and refine best practices for IAM service delivery, ensuring consistency across engagements.
  • Develop and track time-to-value models to assess IAM implementation efficiency.
  • Lead governance discussions on IAM program performance, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support requirement gathering for IAM technical vision, ensuring alignment with business agility goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM project delivery, including IGA, PAM, and Access Management solutions.
  • Strong background in IAM integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM deployment, including joiner, mover, leaver workflows and security controls.
  • Familiarity with IAM security frameworks, APIs (REST/SOAP), Java, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Experience in customer engagement and success strategies, particularly in high-value IAM deployments.
  • Strong project management experience, including delivery planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently with business stakeholders to develop both internal and external content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading technical discussions.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
