Goldratt Group delivers Theory of Constraints (TOC) training to manufacturing and operationally complex companies worldwide. Through our training and consulting engagements, we help organizations dramatically improve throughput, reduce lead times, and increase profitability.
This US-based role is responsible for driving business growth in our North America region by generating and converting demand through executive-level events and strategic partnerships. This role blends marketing, business development, executive enablement, and event execution.
As the Partnership and Events Coordinator, your primary goal is to create high-quality business opportunities by initiating and activating partnerships that lead to executive workshops that serve as the company’s sales funnel. You will continue to build out and fill the introductory sessions led by the CEO as part of our Flow Solutions Workshop series and work to create a community of leaders enthusiastic about Theory of Constraints. You will manage existing partnerships and help find new ones with associations across the United States.
