We are looking for a skilled Virtual Productivity Coach to support agents in navigating systems, managing their time, and optimizing their performance.
As a Virtual Productivity Coach, you will serve as a trusted partner to individual agents (and occasionally small teams), helping them work smarter, not harder. You’ll provide guidance, strategies, and hands-on support to ensure agents are using their tools effectively and staying focused on high-impact activities.
