Carl’s Jr. is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly service and high-quality food. If you enjoy leading by example and working in a high-energy team setting, we want you on our crew!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Delegate tasks and maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Carl’s Jr. standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
  • Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures
  • Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste
  • Train and coach team members on company procedures and performance expectations
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report maintenance issues to management
  • Support management in achieving operational goals during each shift

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
