Key Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to tech products, services, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• A minimum requirement of B2 in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software tools.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
