As a Banking Support Specialist, you will assist our German-speaking clients by providing exceptional support across various digital banking services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in German for our digital banking services
• Address customer inquiries related to digital banking products and functionalities
• Guide clients through online banking processes and transactions
• Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues in our system
• Collaborate with technology teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay informed about the latest developments in digital banking and fintech
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in digital banking and financial technologies
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• No prior banking experience is required; however, experience in customer service is beneficial
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
