TRP Construction Group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Branch Manager / Project Manager to lead our Pavement Marking and Striping operations. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience in civil construction project management, branch operations, or project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects safely, on time, and on budget.
· Lead branch operations to meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
· Oversee project estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout for pavement marking and striping projects.
· Maintain a healthy backlog that aligns with crew, equipment, and operational capacity.
· Manage project budgets, production targets, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
· Establish TRP as the contractor of choice within your market through exceptional customer service and project execution.
· Develop and maintain relationships with DOT representatives, municipalities, general contractors, and key customers.
· Resolve customer concerns proactively and ensure project expectations are consistently exceeded.
· Promote a strong safety culture through daily engagement, accountability, and compliance.
· Ensure crews operate with properly maintained equipment and resources.
· Enforce preventative maintenance programs and operational best practices.
· Lead quality control efforts to ensure projects meet customer and regulatory requirements.
· Recruit, train, mentor, and develop field personnel and future leaders.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
· 5+ years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure construction, pavement marking, roadway construction, or related industries.
· Experience as a Branch Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
· Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, production management, and customer relations.
· Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proven ability to build trust with customers, employees, subcontractors, and business partners.
· Committed to creating a positive team culture and developing employees for long-term success.
· Civil construction or infrastructure construction experience required.
· Pavement marking, roadway maintenance, traffic control, or transportation industry experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education and industry experience will be considered.
· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
· Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory.
