About the Program
The Clubhouse Program is a community-based model designed to support recovery and empower individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI). Rooted in the philosophy that “community is therapy,” the Clubhouse operates on a “work-ordered day” where members and staff work side-by-side to manage operations, build skills, and support each other in achieving meaningful life goals. The program provides opportunities for employment, education, skill development, social connection, and access to essential resources that promote independence and stability.
