Role Overview

We are supporting an international industrial group undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing & Quality deployment across multiple European sites.

Following a successful rollout in France, the organization is now preparing the deployment across three key sites in Germany, where SAP is already partially implemented but requires strong structuring of operational processes and change management.

This role is critical in bridging business and IT, ensuring successful rollout and adoption across complex industrial environments.

As the Project Manager (Business-side / MOA), you will lead the preparation and deployment of SAP Manufacturing & Quality modules across German sites.

The mission is structured in two phases:

• 2026 (part-time): Project framing, process alignment, and preparation
• 2027 – early 2028 (full-time): Full deployment execution across sites

You will work closely with a technical lead based in Germany and report to the SAP Program Lead in France.

Location: Erlangen, Germany (with travel across German sites)

Start Date: ASAP (March–May)

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead the SAP S/4HANA deployment project across multiple sites
• Align business processes with the reference model defined in France
• Conduct gap analysis and define required functional adaptations
• Set up project governance, organization, and delivery framework
• Identify and mobilize key stakeholders across business and IT teams
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Coordinate activities across multiple industrial sites
• Drive change management and support business adoption
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and leadership
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven experience delivering ERP deployment or transformation projects (mandatory)
• Experience in multi-site and international project environments, ideally within industrial contexts
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus)
• Solid expertise in project governance, planning, risk, and budget management
• Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis, and process harmonization
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across business and IT
• Strong hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent English required; French is a plus
• Familiarity with German working culture and willingness to travel across sites
