Position Overview

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Analytics & Marketing Insights to be the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You’ll own analytics across the full marketing funnel — acquisition, brand, and retention — and turn complex data into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to test, and what to do next.

You’ll lead MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, executive reporting, and predictive modeling, while helping us evolve our analytics infrastructure. You’ll inherit a strong foundation across BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, and Python and play a key role in evaluating and transitioning to a more modern, AI-augmented analytics platform.

You’ll report to the Chief Retention Officer, who will provide strategic direction while relying on you as the subject-matter expert for analytics, methodology, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities 

Marketing & Media Analytics (Core Focus)

• Own MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing across the marketing funnel.
• Analyze DTC channel performance and cross-channel halo effects using Northbeam or similar platforms.
• Evaluate channel efficiency and recommend marketing investment priorities.
• Apply subscription and DTC economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, AOV, and CPA) to marketing decisions.
• Support A/B test design and analysis across CRM and marketing channels.

Insights & Reporting

• Build and maintain executive dashboards across marketing and customer performance.
• Translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with the CRO and marketing leadership on data-driven decision-making.

Predictive & Decision Modeling

• Build churn, LTV, profitability, and sensitivity models.
• Develop models to evaluate the long-term financial impact of tests and business decisions.
• Use analysis and modeling to inform go/no-go recommendations.

Data & Analytics Infrastructure

• Evaluate and help select our next BI/analytics platform, including AI-augmented capabilities.
• Lead the transition from Power BI to the selected platform, including report migration and stakeholder adoption.
• Map and document data sources, definitions, dependencies, and gaps.
• Establish data quality, governance, and metric standards.
• Manage data connections and ETL processes as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep expertise in subscription and DTC unit economics, including CAC, ROAS, CPA, churn, LTV, and AOV.
• Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing, including reconciling conflicting model outputs.
• Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar attribution/analytics platforms.
• Strong statistical modeling skills, including churn, LTV, and profitability modeling.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills for transformation, automation, and modeling.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms and migrating to new technologies.
• Proven ability to turn analysis into clear business recommendations and challenge assumptions when warranted.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CEO/COO-level audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage long-term projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a DTC + Amazon hybrid business, particularly measuring cross-channel halo effects.
• Experience with subscription, health & wellness, or supplements.
• Experience evaluating or migrating BI platforms such as Domo, Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and decisioning tools, including natural-language reporting, Hightouch, Braze, or similar.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.

Compensation

Competitive Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (based on experience), bonus eligibility
