With over $5M in ARR and a 5-star Glassdoor rating, we are well on our way to making Liine a core component of every healthcare practice's technology stack.To keep up with our growth, we are hiring a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to help us expand and scale our data analytics and telephony platforms. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of manual testing experience.This position will work out of our office in Downtown Raleigh.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product manager, stakeholders and other
  • QA team members to define testing requirements
  • Review and understand software requirements, design documents, and specifications
  • Create, execute and maintain test plans to ensure the software functions as designed based on acceptance criteria/requirements
  • Identify and report software defects with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and severity
  • Execute manual test cases in various environments and document test results and report defects in bug-tracking tools
  • Perform various types of testing including functional, regression and performance to ensure software reliability and functionality
  • Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
  • Proficiency in testing web applications
  • Be an active member of agile team who can work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members
  • Participate in retrospectives and continuously improve our testing processes and tools to enhance the quality of our software
  • Ability to travel to Raleigh, NC: We fly our engineers to our Raleigh headquarters for a full week for on-site collaboration once per quarter, fostering team cohesion, collaboration, and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of software quality assurance experience
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
Experience with the following:
  • Kanban/Waterfall methodologies and Jira project management and reporting
  • Data science
  • Insomnia or Postman for API testing (or similar technologies)
  • Technical background
  • Experience with any automated testing tools is an advantage
  • Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Testing web applications
  • Experience with cross-platform or cross-browser testing
  • Working with SQL
