Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Automotive Company, based in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, handling order processing, and resolving any issues they may encounter. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order placements, and service requests
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services
• Stay updated on automotive trends and new product offerings to enhance customer support

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or retail sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in automotive products and helping customers find solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
