We're looking to network with a Head of DeFi Growth with ex-founder experience or a background in leading 0-to-1 projects who has collaborated with product and technical teams on decentralized perpetuals (perps) or other DeFi products. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Mandarin.

We’d love to speak with you if you are someone who:
  • Has 4+ years of experience growing a DeFi project from 0-1. An ideal project would be a trading platform.
  • Understands DeFi markets and has created strategies and a GTM plan to attract traders.
  • Enjoy being involved in all facets of trading and knows how to grow/manage a strong crypto community.
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and working with teams on crossing the finish line.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
