Responsibilities
- Own and grow senior-level client relationships, becoming a go-to strategic voice at the table.
- Set the tone and vision for complex, multichannel accounts—pushing for work that’s brave, smart, and effective.
- Champion a high-performance, no-silos culture where collaboration and accountability go hand in hand.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate senior account leaders—building strong teams and future agency talent
- Drive organic growth and new business, spotting opportunities before they’re obvious.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategy, creative, and execution are seamless and commercially sound
- Oversee account financial health, balancing ambition with operational discipline.
- Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and long-term vision
Requirements
- 7-8 years of pharmaceutical advertising and/or agency experience
- Proven experience leading large, complex accounts and senior client relationships.
- Track record of driving growth, managing budgets, and delivering results.
- Skilled at mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator and confident presenter across disciplines and leadership levels.
- Strategic thinker who can turn business objectives into actionable plans.
- Experience in pharmaceutical advertising agencies a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Pay Range- $ 215,000 - $235,000
