- Drive program governance by facilitating regular steering committee meetings, project reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints; escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution to maintain project momentum
- Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, budget considerations, and overall customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure implementation activities are aligned with contractual commitments, business objectives, and organizational standards
- Establish clear communication cadences with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining implementation methodologies, templates, operational processes, and reporting standards
- Partner closely with leadership to support strategic customer initiatives, prioritization decisions, and operational planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance frameworks, risk management, and change management principles
- Experience creating and managing detailed implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance structures
- Exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively navigate complex organizational environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience working directly with enterprise-level customers and executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred
