About Us:
At William Mattar, P.C., helping people is at the heart of everything we do. As our Outreach Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our community presence, building relationships, and driving inbound referrals to help the firm grow and serve clients better.
Position Overview:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow referrals, maintain positive client and provider relationships, and increase the firm’s visibility in the community. You’ll coordinate events, press opportunities, and media campaigns while ensuring the firm’s brand is consistent and visible across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, attorneys, colleagues, and vendors
Manage workload and communications using case management software
Implement procedures for client testimonials and law firm reviews
Review client feedback and implement approved improvements
Travel locally to promote inbound referrals and participate in community events
Plan and execute public relations campaigns, appearances, and speaking engagements
Collaborate with attorneys, marketing team, and vendors to enhance firm visibility
Coach colleagues on effective communication with clients and the public
Assist with Mattar Gear distribution and promotional items under supervision
Attend trainings and participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years marketing/public relations experience and at least 1 year customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Technology/Tools:
Proficient with MS Office Suite, email, and case management software
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
Local driving as needed
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel for community outreach
