POSITION:                           Wrestling Coach – Middle School
                                             Surline Middle School
 
QUALIFICATIONS:         
1.  Possession of high school diploma or G.E.D.
2.    CPR/AED Certification..                                    
3.    Ability to effectively relate and communicate with students, staff, and parents.
4.    Ability to maintain confidentiality.
5.    Ability to effectively establish and maintain discipline.
6.    Ability to implement strength and conditioning program.
7.    Willingness to work weight training into practice in and out of season.
8.    Ability to perform under stressful conditions.
9.    Personal flexibility in working with team-oriented culture and environment.
10.   Possession of high organizational skills.
11.   Willingness to support and implement the program’s approach to the sport.
12.    Coaching experience preferred.
13.    Ability to meet all MHSAA requirements.
                                      
EFFECTIVE DATE:         2025-2026 School Year
 
SALARY:                          Per Supplementary Services Pay Schedule, 4%
 
REPORTS TO:                 Athletic Director
