Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Order processing incl. creation of the corresponding documents for D + export 

• Quotation preparation (existing customers / new customers)

• Complaint processing

• Creation and maintenance of customer and article master data in the CRM & ERP system

• Customer management via e-mail / telephone

• Creation of sales correspondence

• Coordination of delivery dates with customers, haulage companies + internal interfaces AV

• Checking forwarding invoices

• Collaboration with customers regarding shipments, receivables, incoming goods, reserves, claims

Additional Responsibilities

• Management of the customer database in SAP

• Maintenance of prices/conditions and customer master data

• Creation of maintenance contracts incl. administration and processing

• Entry of service orders and transmission to service technicians; sales processing of service orders through to invoicing

• Working in SAP: loading orders; invoicing; picking/unpacking goods; registering shipping documents

• Monitoring the service level and delivery deadlines

• Receiving customer complaints, ensuring efficient resolution of the complaint and quick closure of the procedure

• Liaising with the sales and marketing department

Qualifications:

Education

• Commercial training

• 2+ years experience in the same position

• Export experience desirable

• knowledge of English – Intermediate

Specific Knowlegde

• knowledge of SAP (or ERP-based programs)
