Skillsets Requirements

Technical Skills

● Must have 1+ years experience in provisioning infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms.

● Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.

● Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking (VPC, VPN, firewall rules), storage, and compute resources.

● Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

● Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.

● Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues.

● Familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools.

● Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.

● Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments

Soft Skills

➔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

➔ He/She will be open to work in a 24x7 model to ensure all the services are being delivered within SLAs

➔ Experience working in a 24/7 support or managed services environment is a plus.

➔ Creative thinking and ability to innovate, problem-solving skills, escalation handling and customer success.

➔ Customer service obsession with strong interpersonal skills are a must.

➔ Ability to work cross-functionally for the greater good of the company

➔ A passion for the service delivery excellence

➔ Skilled in handling numerous projects simultaneously.

➔ Engage directly with end users to collect requirements and advise on data integration solutions

➔ Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
