Job Description

You will assist the Cluster Manager at Corporation Place in daily operations and ad-hoc special projects. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in building inspections and operations 

  • Research and collate information regarding the buildings 

  • Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects 

  • Assist in handling feedback from tenants  

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately 

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
