Job Description
You will be assisting the Operations team at Westgate with their daily operations, and maintenance, tenancy tasks and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations and management of the mall
Assist with building and restroom maintenance issues•
Help with Opex and Capex projects•
Manage tenancy tasks, including tenant briefings, design reviews, and submissions
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Integrated Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Prior knowledge and experience in Auto-cad will be a plus
