We’re looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager to lead customer-facing teams across order management, hire coordination, transport, fleet planning.  Responsible for optimizing customer experience across Asia, the role ensures efficient hire operations, stakeholder collaboration, and high service levels. A hands-on leader, they drive performance, customer satisfaction, and seamless service through proactive planning and quality management.

What you’ll do:

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the hire process.
  • Leadership Skills: Manage and support the Hire Coordination and Logistics team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Service Focus: Ensure all processes and resources are aligned to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work across teams to remove organizational barriers and enhance service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee hire coordination, logistics, and resource utilization to optimize performance.
  • KPI & Performance Management: Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, including on-time delivery and process compliance.
  • Process & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work is done effectively to ensure quality, on time invoice can be produced
  • Culture & Capability Development: Drive a consistent customer-focused culture while ensuring team efficiency and performance.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Educational Background: Business-related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and effective decision-making.
  • Industry & System Knowledge: Experience in the energy rental sector and familiarity with ERP systems like Salesforce & M3 Cloudsuite.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to build cross-functional relationships with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Customer Focus & Agility: Dedicated to delivering customer-centric solutions with a sense of urgency.
