Peer Support Specialist
Make a Difference Helping Young Adults in Transition!
The Peer Support Specialist utilizes lived experience and peer support principles to engage, mentor, advocate for,
and support young adults (ages 18-24) who have a diagnosis of a mental illness in achieving their goals related to
independent living, community integration, wellness, education, employment, and recovery. Services are provided in the home, community, and office settings. The Peer Support Specialist fosters hope, self-advocacy, and empowerment while connecting individuals to community resources and supports. Duties include:

Peer Specialist Schedule:
Monday- 8:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday -12:00pm-8:00pm
Wednesday- 8:30am-4:30pm
Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm
Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday Off
