The Problems You’ll Solve

In this role as an equity expert, you’ll use your knowledge to implement our clients onto the Carta software, setting them up for long-term success. You will directly interact with clients, managing their implementation projects from post-sale data collection to sending out securities to stakeholders. As the first service provider post-sale, you will establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term loyalty by guiding them through the implementation process. You will also flex your skills  working with data, business systems, and developing training content for our customers. Successful Senior Implementations Managers embrace change and constantly seek ways to better their process and their team.

Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for financial services, building customer relationships, project delivery, and analytical problem solving. In this role, you will: 

• Support new clients and their law firms through Implementation on Carta – from kickoff call to activation (go-live)
• Manage complex datasets with high integrity
• Migrate client data to Carta’s Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel.
• Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms, using Excel and the Carta platform in Setup Mode
• Maintain the quality of clients’ data throughout the on-boarding process
• Train users on how to navigate and manage their company on the Carta platform
• Continuously look for ways to improve the the onboarding process – effectove;u using tools and templates to drive efficiency
• Perform Quality Control reviews on company accounts prior to activation
• Proactively manage your process and project due dates, ensuring companies go live on time or early to maximize Time to Value (TTV) outcomes
• Provide your clients with useful resources and connect them with the appropriate teams following activation
• Work closely with product, engineering and our internal implementations leaders to improve the on-boarding experience for our customers

About You:

• You have strong project management skills – must be able to manage multiple projects (40+) at a time, while providing timely follow up with clients
• You are capable of managing more complex and ambiguous cases with a sense of ownership and direction, including complex dataset migrations
• You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other document/data management tools (Word, PDF, etc.)
• You independently identify problems and drive solutions across the team in alignment with your manager
• You propose, plan, and champion strategic initiatives on behalf of the Implementations org, beyond a single team
• You bring industry best-practices to the table
• You facilitate operational root-cause analyses across multiple teams and influence policy decisions
• You are highly organized and can manage a group of C-Suite company users
• You have the ability to work cross-functionally with teams
• You have the ability to maintain confidentiality as required by customers
