IBHS Case Managers perform a variety of administrative duties associated with the treatment process and acts as the coordinative link between Management Team, Behavioral Health Technicians, Behavioral Specialists, Mobile Therapists, and the client and their family or guardian. Duties are performed in conjunction with established regulatory and company policies. Case Managers report directly to the Senior Case Manager.
· Assign assessments and complete service planning processes.
· Prepares releases and communicates with families to secure signatures.
· Provides accurate and complete information of the process to the clients/families receiving services.
· Assigns and schedules Behavioral Technicians (BHT), Behavior Consultants (BC), and Mobile Therapists (MT), maximizing the available hours in conjunction with the planned needs of the client.
· Monitor's productivity and utilization of assigned units, making adjustments when necessary, including the reassignment of hours among the other BHT's in order to maximize utilization and provide maximum service coverage when appropriate.
· Work collaboratively with the clinical team to engage, communicate and coordinate care with clients/families.
· Maintain constant communication with clients/families to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction with clinicians and case management services.
· Maintaining the client's clinical records, including assessments, provision of services, coordination of care, discharge planning, start and end dates, reauthorization review dates.
· Provide staff with initial case information, filled out completely and accurately
· Assists in gathering information as required for compliance and audits.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, possess demonstrated commitment to customer service.
· Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors highly preferred.

Rate: 20.00/hour, hourly position, M-F 8:30-4:30 schedule, 40 hours per week.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
