Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:

• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations, upgrades, and integrations within a secure military environment.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions that align with mission objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity for Navy operations.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, leveraging active Secret clearance.
• Deliver on-site SAP support at Pax River, Maryland, facilitating issue resolution, user training, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including planning, testing, deployment, and documentation, to ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to work on-site in Pax River, Maryland up to 5 days a week
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• 15+ years of hands on SAP experience
• 10+ years of experience with SAP S/4 Hanna and ECC 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
