We are seeking an energetic, experienced Full-Time Morning Food Server to join our dynamic dining services team at Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park, MN!  Join us and be a part of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. For over 15 years, Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake has ensured seniors have every opportunity to enjoy a rewarding lifestyle. With 142 independent living, assisted living, memory care apartments and 64 long-term and transitional care suites, our Brooklyn Park campus is a vibrant, established community where it's easy to establish positive connections.

Schedule currently available includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:

• 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m (Part-time 21 hours per two-week pay period)

A Food Server is responsible for: 

• Serves meals to tenants
• Clear dishes and performs cleaning duties
• Performs related nutrition service duties as assigned
• Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:      
Experience: Minimum one year previous server experience is preferred, not required.

Special knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills.
• Able to meet physical demands of position.

Pay Range: $18.44 - $25.03/hour, depending on experience
