EUROAPI is a new player in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), carve out from Sanofi with the purpose of becoming a worldwide champion in API commercial and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities with :

• ·Head office in Paris

• 6 European API production sites located in Brindisi (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany), Haverhill (UK), St Aubin les Elbeuf (France), Budapest (Hungary) and Vertolaye (France).

• ·Sales and CDMO teams present in 11 countries to cover our customers in 80 countries.

We are looking for an External Manufacturring Supply Chain Manager in Paris.

The External Manufacturing (EM) Supply Chain Manager is responsible of the end to end EM supply chain and reports to the Head of Supply Chain Group.

This position will be dedicated to the management of the external manufacturing scope (8-10 CMO including Toll mode) with objectives to ensure an excellent service level for Euroapi customers while optimizing overall performance of the subcontracting activity (tracking of gaps versus plan, yield, inventory levels).

As member of the Supply Chain leadership team, you will also participate in the construction and execution of the global supply chain roadmap.

Lead the EM Supply Chain in an efficient way to reach targets:

• Lead the EM Supply Chain, building the right ownership across functions (Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Category Management, Finance and Quality), to deliver the EM objectives (Service Level, Net Sales, Inventory level & obsolete)

• Implement or sustain regular performance review with the CMOs, together with the Head of External Manufacturing, and initiate corrective actions if performance deviates from targets

• Run the S&OP with the CMOs, mitigate the risks of Supply by developing actions, and escalate significant issues with the Head of External Manufacturing to the Top Management.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiencies on all aspects of the supply chain (Planning, customer service, business & strategy, procurement…)

• Ensure good execution to adhere to contract terms, and participate in the negotiation processes of potential new contracts

• Manage and participate in a variety of projects to accelerate sales or optimize costs

• Guide, motivate and develop his / her team (1 planner & 1 coordinator) and other internal & external stakeholders to deliver the objectives

• Identify organizational changes and measures for improvement of the organization and initiate adequate actions

Lead the EM Supply Planning

• Lead the production planning process of the External Manufacturers (production forecast, performance versus plan, yield impact, recipe update…).

• Integrate the Toll planning into SAP to ensure alignment with internal Euroapi sites

• Anticipate and maintain inventory levels based on demand planning inputs

• Attend the Supply & Demand balancing Review and contribute to the Global S&OP process

• Release new subcontracting purchase orders

• Coordinate Raw materials requirements with internal teams and external suppliers

• Define & dimension the stocking policy to meet demand while optimizing inventories

• Lead the inventory reduction program for the products in Toll manufacturing

• Update SAP master data (MRP views…)

• Create and maintain various reports (Performance to plan, Inventory, Customer Service Level)

Education / Experience :

Master degree in supply chain or data analytics (Engineer, Business School)

Technical skills & Competencies / Language :

• 10+ years experience working in supply chain, and minimum 5 years in supply chain planning

• 3-5+ years experience as Manager

• Previous experience in External Manufacturing is a plus

• Advanced skills in Excel (formulas: vlookup, sumifs, countifs…) and comfortable with creating comprehensive slides

• Fluent in English & French

• Experience with SAP preferred but not required
