THE WORK
This Program Performance Manager will oversee and manage the business rhythm for focus programs within the AMS organization, assisting program teams to perform earned value process and reporting requirements. The Program Performance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring program success by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. They work closely with program teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of program objectives.

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a proactive, highly organized individual with a passion for program performance management and being part of a high tempo team. You’re comfortable interfacing with program stakeholders, owning and executing a large program business rhythm focused on earned value performance and implementation. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a mindset geared toward execution and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in program management, finance, performance management, planning or a related field.
• Strong financial / earned value acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired skills
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin business rhythm, cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics.
• Familiarity with the Airborne Mission Systems market segment or related defense/aerospace programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
