Our Northampton Plant is slated for closure in approximately 1 Year. We are seeking a leader to oversee and manage various operational aspects such as production, maintenance, warehousing, quality, and continuous improvement through the decommissioning of the Plant. The selected candidate will help to maintain positive employee morale and cultivate an atmosphere of operational excellence, collaborative teamwork, all within a customer-centric framework.

Pay Range:
$145,000 - $169,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
