In this role, you'll help Aurora, Montgomery, and Oswego families plan ahead with confidence, starting with a base salary draw for stability, then building past it through uncapped commission.

You'll also have something most sales reps don't: the ability to serve those same families twice, through both funeral pre-planning and cemetery property!

What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)

Make what you want

• Your base salary draw gives you a floor, and commission gives you an opportunity to grow past it. Approximate earnings for this market start around $47,500 annually, and your effort is rewarded with uncapped commissions in a recession-proof profession!

Grow With Every Family You Serve 

• Beyond growing interest in and closing pre-planning appointments, you'll have the opportunity to offer cemetery property and services through Riverside Cemetery. Every family you help plan ahead is a chance to support them more fully, and your income grows right alongside the depth of care you provide. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! 

Capitalize on our support

• In this role you're not hunting for your own leads. A dedicated team of appointment-setting agents works behind the scenes to keep your calendar filled with pre-set, qualified appointments. Lead generation and marketing programs are provided at no cost, so your time goes toward continuing that outreach and closing, not prospecting. 

Advance your credentials

• A current life insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, gives you professional standing you can build on for the rest of your career.

• A life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) preferred
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close appointments
• Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills
