Your tasks

  • Posting and reconciliation in SAP, uploading information to the factoring portal, account maintenance
  • Performing monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Invoice verification, clarification of discrepancies with purchasing and posting
  • Communication with suppliers, processing reminders and cash discount claims
  • Posting incoming payments, clarifying payment differences and monitoring cash discount claims
  • Creating reminder runs, monitoring delinquent customers, and initiating collection procedures
  • Creating and executing SAP payment runs, making manual payments, and setting up recurring entries
  • Processing travel expense reports and administering travel expense software
  • Special projects and process optimization (especially further development of processes)

Your strengths

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in auditing/accounting
  • Good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of value-added tax
  • Structured, results-oriented approach to work and a high level of attention to detail and service orientation
  • Reliability, accuracy, and ability to work in a team
  • Hands-on mentality for the continuous improvement of processes
