We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our West Coast Sales team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, cultivating high-level client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

As a member of our team, you will:Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier brand and agency relationshipsDrive new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnershipsBuild and grow relationships across Tech, Retail, Gaming, and QSR verticals, positioning Vevo’s premium music video content as a cultural and strategic advertising solutionTravel throughout the West Coast, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest (approximately 1–2x per month)Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute best-in-class campaignsMentor and support junior team members, helping foster professional growthMaintain a strong understanding of media trends, competitive landscape, and client categoriesNegotiate pricing and deal terms that align with client goals while driving value for VevoForecast and track sales performance, including pacing, pipeline health, and revenue reportingThis describes you:You have established relationships with West Coast-based agencies and client-side teams with a focus on the Pacific Northwest regionAbility to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a dynamic start-up team environment with a positive demeanorProblem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgmentAbility to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimizationOrganized and understand that value in working proactively to stay ahead of business needs Demonstrate leadership skills and enjoy the opportunity to mentor junior collegues to help develop their careers Requirements:7+ years of digital or linear TV sales experience, with strong knowledge of online video and mobile advertisingDemonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and closing high-value dealsStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsFamiliarity with measurement tools (DAR, iSpot, DISQO) and key performance metricsUnderstanding of viewability, data tagging, and campaign optimization strategiesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordInterested? This is a full-time position that supports our West Coast Sales team. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
