About the Role:  

Are you an experienced, talented Training Coordinator with strong Manufacturing Industry experience?  Are you looking to hold a key role building a LMS program, instructing Dealers, customers, and technicians in best practices?  Has your Training Coordinator experience equipped you with the expertise to build and maintain an extensive training program?  In this role, you will design and create teaching/training materials to be used for instructional purposes.  

Responsibilities: 

• Create training programs/modules and preparing materials as needed.
• Provide full scope training materials.
• Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Promote training opportunities.

Requirements

In This Role You Will Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years previous experience.
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
• Ability to design and create teaching/training modules (LMS).
• Ability to assess and report effectiveness of training programs.
• Instructional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Works well in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite.
• Use of most up to date technology.
