About Coastline Wellness

Coastline Wellness is a growing integrative wellness and mental health practice located in Leland, NC. We provide whole-person wellness services, mental health medication management, functional health support, and a full range of medical and wellness infusions—including vitamin IVs, therapeutic infusions, and ketamine infusion therapy.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) skilled in infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and patient support to join our expanding care team.

About the Role

The RN will play a key clinical role in both infusion therapy and general patient care. This includes wellness and therapeutic IVs, ketamine infusions, medical support tasks, and routine clinic operations. Ideal candidates are organized, confident with IV skills, comfortable supporting patients with mental health needs, and able to maintain a calm and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and administer wellness and medical infusions following protocol
• Assist with IV ketamine treatments, including monitoring, vitals, and patient support
• Perform venipuncture and draw labs accurately and safely
• Conduct patient intake, including history updates and chief complaint review
• Obtain and record vital signs and pre-treatment assessments
• Assist with charting, documentation, and EMR updates
• Answer patient calls regarding medication refills and route messages appropriately
• Update patient charts, medication lists, and treatment notes
• Monitor patients throughout infusions and respond to any reactions or clinical changes
• Provide patient education regarding infusion expectations, aftercare, and clinic services
• Collaborate with providers to support care coordination and clinic workflow
• Maintain sterile technique, infection control practices, and safe medication handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Infusion therapy or outpatient clinic experience
• Familiarity with ketamine infusion protocols (training provided)
• Interest in integrative and functional medicine

Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (infusion, outpatient, ER, ICU, or wellness preferred)
• Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient support skills
• Ability to multitask and assist with both medical and administrative clinical tasks
• Comfort working in an integrative health and mental health environment
• EMR experience preferred
