Pay: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Green Light Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, proactive, and organized individual to help keep our business running efficiently. This is a year-round position that combines administrative responsibilities with daily operations, employee coordination, recordkeeping, and general business support.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks independently, and follows through. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need common sense, integrity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take ownership of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review employee timesheets and track labor hours and job costs.
• Maintain schedules, spreadsheets, digital records, contracts, and job documentation.
• Coordinate customer follow-ups, service work orders, invoicing, and administrative communications.
• Monitor shop inventory, uniforms, vehicle supplies, and operational readiness.
• Assist with employee onboarding, personnel records, benefits tracking, and licensing documentation.
• Track recurring deadlines, safety requirements, renewals, and seasonal updates.
• Identify problems, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep daily operations moving.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and digital tools; experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets is helpful.
• Relevant office or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who is capable, coachable, and motivated to learn.
