Job Objectives
Development of competative tools and stable production processes as well as their smooth handover to the production plant.
Description of Main Tasks

Use all relevant processes and process documents according to the standard
-
Regular examination and further development of the production processes
-
Collaboration in development projects, e.g.: new product portfolio
-
Further development and optimization of tool concepts, ensuring that tools are created according to the specifications
-
Collaboration in the further development of the tool-supplier-portfolio (together with GPS)
-
Industrialization of customer projects up to handover of a stable production process to the factory
-
Collaboration in the calculation and target costing
-
Participate in structured training programs designed to prepare candidates for leadership roles, particularly Team Leader positions

Skills & Competencies
- Graduation in a technical degree or similar technical education with additional qualification
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector
- Professional experience in an international work environment
- Sound and ready-to-use process knowledge and expertise, also beyond the area of responsibility
- IT knowledge in MS Office, MS Project and SAP are on an advanced level
- Competencies in problem solving and project planning
- English language on B1-B2 level (person is able to express himself/herself in an advanced level, almos fluent and precisely)
- Local language on B1-B2 level (person is able to express himself/herself in an advanced level, almost fluent and precisely)
Additional Information

This position requires occasional travel to Buford, GA for team assistance.
- Location of work is primarly Howell MI, with travel to and from Troy MI.
