Nestled in the Spring Branch area, our accredited facility boasts 163 beds dedicated to behavioral care.
We are excited to announce that Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a Per Diem ECT Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role requires working from 7am to 3pm, as needed, Monday through Friday.
We are on the lookout for compassionate and skilled individual who can provide outstanding clinical services to our patients.
The ECT Registered Nurse will be actively involved in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating comprehensive care for patients undergoing Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT). Additionally, they will support pre-operative, procedural, and recovery efforts for those receiving ECT treatment.
Education: A graduate from an accredited nursing program is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience: We're looking for candidates with at least three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
Licensure: Must hold a current license to practice in the State of Texas.
ACLS Certification required.
Experience in ICU/PACU is a plus.
