You are being brought in to build an automated, high-volume recruiting engine for the Houston Properties Team and the Real Edge Network. Instead of focusing on operational paperwork, your goal is pure growth: leveraging data scraping, AI, and outbound automation to identify top-producing real estate agents and automatically drive them to book an introductory call with our team. You will build the technical architecture that turns raw industry data into predictable, scalable revenue.
