As the Manager of Project Engineering, you’ll lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for executing capital and operational projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is central to driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements through cross-functional collaboration with departments such as R&D, Technical Marketing, Maintenance, and Production. You’ll oversee external contractors, define engineering roles and deliverables, and guide investment planning and execution. You’ll also implement systems like Management of Change and project documentation repositories, while inspiring and developing engineers to support transformation across the organization
