Cheniere Supply Chain Management (SCM) is shaping an organization focused on delivering an agile and resilient supply chain aligned with the Company’s growth and performance objectives. The Cheniere SCM team is accountable for supporting business partners to deliver value, mitigate risk and assure security of supply across the LNG value stream.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager and is accountable for client relationship, support and execution of SCM strategies concerning materials management, execute assurance processes including investigations and resolution of issues and/or problems that arise related to inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics, among others. The supervisor works closely with Operations, to support all maintenance and production activities of the LNG and regasification terminal. Dedication and sensitivity to safety issues and compliance with policies and procedures are essential for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the terminal and the facilities, including but not limited to warehouses.
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will work directly with Site Leadership as a key member of the SCM and Site Management teams. Shall communicate effectively and ensure security of all materials under inventory for the support of the construction, operation and maintenance of the LNG terminal Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of plant operations, transportation, logistics, storage and processing including safety and security, maintenance, operations, governmental regulations and associated codes and standards. In-depth knowledge of plant maintenance procedures and equipment.
Skills:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Certifications: High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field of study such as Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Accounting.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Materials Management or Procurement role, preferably within operations in the LNG or oil and gas industry. Must have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics. Previous experience supervising/managing personnel in an operations environment is also required.

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is a SME in their field and requires minimum supervision/guidance. Must use sound judgment and make good decisions aligned with business needs and Company values.
