Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you...

• Transport management of LSPs for direct shipment transports, securing quality of service, plan, communicate and execute services according to customers’ needs
• Escalation management in critical operational situations, i.e. month end
• Interface for any occurring questions related to customs, troubleshooting
• Planning and Warehousing, management of LSP for local warehouses. Securing quality of service, manage inventory, plan and communicate demand of services according to lifecycle and seasonality – main focus on return flow
• Cost awareness – contribute to overall profit by finding cost efficient operations
• interface between customers, local sales organization, European and global logistics organizations and suppliers

Your profile, you...

• Proven knowledge of logistical flows in an international environment
• Experience in customs processes
• Driving business via various hierarchy levels and cross departments
• Ms office especially Excel
• Advanced ERP system understanding
• Fluent in German and English
