THE PITCH 

Are you a self-starter who wants to run a territory like a business? Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a Trailblazer in Austin. We don’t care about your past titles; we care about your future results. This is a fast-paced, 1099 role where you act as an entrepreneur within our company.

THE DAY-TO-DAY WORK 

This is a field-based position. You will be on the ground in Austin neighborhoods every day. You will:

• Generate your own leads through direct outreach and canvassing.
• Inspect residential roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process.
• Close deals and manage client expectations until the build is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Grit: You are comfortable working in the field and at heights.
• Self-Driven: You possess a valid license, a reliable vehicle, and a relentless work ethic.
• Urgency: You understand that "waiting" is the enemy of "winning."
• Experience: Sales or roofing experience is great, but we will train the right high-performer.

COMPENSATION 

Top performers earn $10,000 to $25,000+ every single month. There is no base salary because there is no limit to your commission. If you perform, you win big.
