About the Role

Keysight Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Management Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and business growth of our Wireless Emulation and Simulation portfolio. As a key leader, you will manage a team of product managers and work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy, influence industry direction, and ensure successful execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in product management or related leadership roles in technology industries.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategic product roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in global organizations across multiple geographies.

Preferred

• Deep understanding of wireless technologies (4G/5G/6G, test & measurement, network emulation, or related).
• Experience managing software product portfolios or platform-based solutions.
• MBA or equivalent strategic business experience.
