Inova Advanced Practice Transition into Practice team is seeking a Program Manager to join our team and help shape and advance the development of newly practicing Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
In collaboration with the Associate Vice President (AVP) of the Advanced Practice team, the Program Manager is responsible for fulfilling key accreditation elements, including program leadership, organizational integration, curriculum development and design, practice-based learning, nursing professional development support, and quality outcomes. This role oversees curriculum creation, experiential learning components, and the continuous development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance retention of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across the system. The Program Manager maintains accountability for the educational design and overall structure of the program, while leading efforts toward achieving future program accreditation.
This position blends both administrative and clinical responsibilities, as the NP/PA provides compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care that is effective and appropriate for a wide range of health conditions and promotes overall wellness.
