We are looking for Devops,
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with engineering various backend solutions to further reduce toil for developers onboarding and running workloads in the Cloud.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GCP services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform configurations, and other cloud technologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, provide updates on issue resolution progress, and ensure a positive support experience.
5. Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client education.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
8. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
9. Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related technologies.
10. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
11. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
12. Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
14. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
15. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Developer).
16. Experience working with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
17. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
18. Experience with monitoring and logging tools commonly used in cloud environments (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
19. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols relevant to cloud computing (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
Java script is a plus, but looking for systems background in gcp, terraform enterprise is a definite must.
