Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is a full-service HVAC/R contractor in both the residential and commercial industries in the Cheyenne, Laramie, Wyoming and Northern Colorado area.  We are locally owned/operated and have been in business for over 20 years.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers with scheduling, service coordination, and strong problem-solving skills.  The CSR will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth communication between clients and our service technicians, and by helping ensure HVAC services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

The HVAC Customer Service Representative is an integral part of Advanced Comfort Solutions. This position will be the first point of contact for our customers.  You'll handle service inquires, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC services.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranties.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when neccessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and promote additional services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology and systems is a plus.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm
