About the role
This position supervises and works actively with a team of technical / business support and/or production / maintenance employees in Materials & Logistics and sets day-to-day activities involving storing and shipping products. Conducts inventory control and prepares reports and manuals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Operational activities to support team, working in loco with sales order preparation, documentation, shipment coordination, import reception, inventory manage and any other activity related to Operations Department.
  • Supervises the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials to ensure efficient movement of material.
  • Conducts inventory control, analysis and classification according to material management procedures to ensure effective logistics deployment.
  • Prepares or directs preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals to establish the range and depth of spares, tools and test equipment.
  • Supporting and work actively in EH&S needs and requirements according internal corporate policy and regional procedures.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience, along with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
  • Excel – intermediate level (Knowledge of basic formulas, pivot tables).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Knowledge of EH&S (Basics of job safety).
  • Basic knowledge in SAP ERP or other global ERP system relation.
  • Knowledge of General Materials (MM), Production (PP) and Sales (SD).
